The upcoming 128th Annual Session of the Oklahoma Baptist State Convention will convene October 20-23, 2025, at the New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 3427 N Birmingham Ave, Tulsa, Rev. Sean Jarrett, Host Pastor.

Attached is a "Tentative" Schedule for the week.  On Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon, New Jerusalem will have caterers onsite for a variety of lunch options.  

Hotel rooms can be secured at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown, 616 W 7th St, 918-552-9275.  The room rate is $125+tax per night, Double (2 Queen beds) or King bed.

Breakout sessions for all auxiliaries will be held at New Jerusalem, excluding the Woman's Auxiliary, which will meet at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 419 N Elgin Ave, Tulsa, Dr. Leroy M. Cole, Host Pastor/Host Moderator.


All attendees are encouraged to be present at the Board Meeting scheduled on Thursday, October 23, over which President-Elect, Rev. Jeff Mitchell, will preside and share his vision for the future of the Convention.
